⅓ cup heavy cream
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon mustard
salt
pepper
1 pound nile perch fillet (4 fillets 4-ounce each)
4 lemon slices
7 garlic cloves
fresh parsley for garnishing

How to Make Garlic and Lemon Baked Perch

  1. Add the melted butter, heavy cream, lemon juice, and mustard to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix.
