Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 onion, diced
2 carrots, sliced
2 celery sticks, sliced
7 ounces of chicken breast, cubed
4 cups of chicken stock
salt
pepper
2 ounces of fusilli
cup sour cream for serving

Heat the vegetable oil in a cooking pot over low heat and add the onion. Cook and stir until tender.

Add the carrots and celery. Cook and stir for 30 seconds. Add the chicken breast and stir.

Add the chicken stock, season with salt and pepper, and bring to a boil. Add the fusilli and simmer for 20 minutes.

Serve warm with sour cream.
