¼ cup milk
½ cup parmesan, grated
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
6 ounces of sausages, thickly sliced
4 ounces of arugula
How to Cook Frittata With Sausage and Arugula
- Add the eggs, milk, and parmesan to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and whisk until even. Set aside.
- Heat the oil in an oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat and add the sliced sausages. Fry and stir for 3 minutes, or until browned on all sides.
- Add the arugula and stir it in. Add the egg mixture and bake for 25 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
