10 eggs
¼ cup milk
½ cup parmesan, grated
2 teaspoons of vegetable oil
6 ounces of sausages, thickly sliced
4 ounces of arugula

How to Make Frittata With Sausage and Arugula

  1. Add the eggs, milk, and parmesan to a bowl. Season with salt and pepper and whisk until even. Set aside.
