Fried Sausage Bread Rolls

If it’s fried, it’s tasty! For today, we suggest some fried sausages, but let’s complicate things a little! Roll the sausages in bread and coat in cinnamon egg wash! A little bit spicy, a little bit sweet! Choose your favorite dip to serve with!

Ingredients Needed for Fried Sausage Bread Rolls

4 eggs
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons of white sugar
2 tablespoons of milk
6 sausages
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
6 breads slices
1 tablespoon butter

How to Cook Fried Sausage Bread Rolls

  1. Whisk the eggs and mix them with salt, pepper, the cinnamon, the white sugar, and the milk.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the sausages.
  3. Press with your hands each bread slice and roll in it each sausage.
  4. Fix the sausage bread rolls with toothpicks.
  5. Coat them with egg mixture.
  6. Melt the butter in a skillet and fry the sausage bread rolls.
  7. Serve them warm, with a dip.
