How to Make Fried Salmon With Heavy Cream Sauce
- Cut the salmon into small chunks. Add oil in a skillet and fry the salmon until it turns golden. Sprinkle salt and pepper to spice up the meat.
- When the meat is cooked, remove it from the pan and start making the sauce.
- Keep the skillet heated, and in the remaining fat add heavy cream, lime juice, and coriander. Heat for about 1 or 2 minutes more.
