Ingredients Needed for Fried Salmon With Heavy Cream Sauce

5 ounces of salmon
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup heavy cream
½ lime
fresh coriander leafs

How to Cook Fried Salmon With Heavy Cream Sauce

  1. Cut the salmon into small chunks. Add oil in a skillet and fry the salmon until it turns golden. Sprinkle salt and pepper to spice up the meat.
  2. When the meat is cooked, remove it from the pan and start making the sauce.
  3. Keep the skillet heated, and in the remaining fat add heavy cream, lime juice, and coriander. Heat for about 1 or 2 minutes more.
  4. When the sauce is ready serve together.
