Ingredients Needed for Fried Pork With Salsa Sauce

¼ cup brown sugar
1 spring onion, chopped
2 tablespoons of bbq sauce
2 tablespoons of ketchup
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
4 pork loins slices
salt
pepper

How to Make Fried Pork With Salsa Sauce

  1. Let’s start with the salsa sauce. Take a large bowl and add brown sugar, spring onion, barbeque sauce, ketchup, and honey.
  2. Separately heat a skillet and add vegetable oil. Add pork meat in the pan, season with salt and pepper. Fry the pork meat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  3. Add the salsa mixture into the pan. Put a lid on top and let it simmer for 7-8 minutes.
  4. Optionally serve with French fries.
