5 ounces of pork belly, sliced
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 spring onion, chopped

How to Make Fried Pork Belly With Bell Peppers and Fennel

  1. Heat a skillet and begin frying your pork belly. Add soy sauce to flavor the meat.
  2. When the meat is caramelized take it out of the pan and add fennel and bell peppers.
  3. Mix the vegetables in the pan and add the previously fried meat.
  4. Fry for 1 more minute and in between add spring onion.
