1 fennel bulb, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 spring onion, chopped
How to Make Fried Pork Belly With Bell Peppers and Fennel
- Heat a skillet and begin frying your pork belly. Add soy sauce to flavor the meat.
- When the meat is caramelized take it out of the pan and add fennel and bell peppers.
- Mix the vegetables in the pan and add the previously fried meat.
- Fry for 1 more minute and in between add spring onion.
