    1 pollock fillet, finely chopped
    ¼ cup breadcrumbs
    ½ cup grated Cheddar
    vegetable oil for frying

How to Make Fried Pollock Meatballs

  1. Take a bowl, add the chopped fish, breadcrumbs, Cheddar, and the egg yolk. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix everything together and make small Pollock patties with your hands.
