Ingredients Needed for Fried Mashed Potato Swirls

5 potatoes salt 1 cup milk 2 ounces of parmesan, shredded vegetable oil for frying salt

How to Make Fried Mashed Potato Swirls

  1. Add the potatoes in a pot full of simmering water. Boil them for 25 minutes, until fork tender. Slice the potatoes in cubes and move them in a bowl.
  2. Season them with salt, add the yolk, milk, and shred parmesan over them. Mash everything until smooth. Move the mash into a piping bag.
  3. Heat the oil in a skillet over high heat. Pour the potato mash from the piping bag directly into the skillet. You can even shape the mixture depending on the moves you make while pouring the mash. Fry the swirls for 2 minutes per side, until golden and crispy.
  4. You can serve them with a wide variety of dips!
