Ingredients Needed for Fried Mackerel With Guacamole Dip

1 mackerel
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 avocado
¼ lime
4 cherry tomatoes, chopped
½ onion, chopped

How to Make Fried Mackerel With Guacamole Dip

  1. Slice the fish into 6 round shaped bits. Sprinkle olive oil and salt on top.
  2. Add vegetable oil in a pan and fry the fish until it acquires a golden color.
  3. Make the guacamole: peel off the skin of the avocado, scoop the flesh and put it in a bowl. Add the chopped tomatoes and onion. Season with salt, pepper and lime juice. Mix.
  4. Serve guacamole with the fried mackerel.
