Fried Green Bananas

Green bananas are smaller and sweeter than the other types. They are perfect for making desserts. Roll them in brown sugar, wrap them in rice paper and deep fry them. Serve with ice cream and chocolate for a very satisfying dessert experience.

Ingredients Needed for Fried Green Bananas

6 green bananas
½ cup brown sugar
6 rices paper
vegetable oil for frying
4 ice creams
chocolate topping

How to Cook Fried Green Bananas

  1. Peel the bananas and cut off their edges.
  2. Coat every banana in brown sugar.
  3. Dip in warm water the rice paper, until it becomes pliable.
  4. Roll one banana in each rice paper.
  5. Deep fry the banana rolls for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve the fried bananas with 2 scoops of ice cream and some chocolate topping.
