Leave the bacon out of the equation and add some avocado and a bit of cream cheese, and serve them on top of a croissant. Voila! You just went from mundane breakfast to a culinary experience in a matter of minutes!

Ingredients Needed for Fried Eggs and Avocado Croissant

1 croissant
2 tablespoons of cream cheese
chili flakes
1 avocado
2 eggs
vegetable oil for cooking

How to Make Fried Eggs and Avocado Croissant

  1. Cut the croissant in half.
  2. Spread cream cheese on both halves.
  3. Sprinkle a pinch of chili flakes on both halves.
  4. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and the skin. Slice it and add the slices on the croissant halves.
  5. Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet to a medium high temperature.
  6. Fry the eggs in the skillet.
  7. Add them over the avocado and cream cheese.
  8. You can serve them with some ketchup or tzatziki sauce and dill.
