A burger patty doesn’t have to be necessarily grilled in order to have a great flavor. You can fry it in a skillet, stick it between slices of cheese and some pickled cucumber and you will enjoy it as a tasty sandwich!

Ingredients Needed for Fried Burger Patty and Cheese Sandwich

8 ounces of ground beef
vegetable oil for cooking
4 breads
4 cheeses
1 cucumber
2 cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon ketchup

How to Make Fried Burger Patty and Cheese Sandwich

  1. Make 2 burger patties out of the ground beef.
  2. Heat oil in a cast-iron skillet to a medium high temperature.
  3. Fry the burger patties in the skillet, on both sides.
  4. On a slice of bread add a slice of cheese.
  5. Place the burger patty on top.
  6. Add 3 slices of pickled cucumber, cherry tomato slices, and another cheese slice.
  7. Squeeze some ketchup on top.
  8. Cover with the other slice of bread.
  9. Assemble the other sandwich.
