A recipe from the cuisine, allowed in a diet.

Our Middle Eastern rice is a perfect side for virtually all types of meat. It has raisins, peanuts, and pecans, so it’s sweet and crunchy at the same time. We’ve paired it with some beef, cooked on the stove with a bit of onion, but feel free and play with the recipe if you prefer another kind of meat.
