How to Make French Omelet
- Add the eggs in a large bowl and season them with salt and pepper. Whisk them until foamy.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. Add the egg mixture to the skillet and cook it until small bubbles appear on the surface.
- Slowly lift the sides of the omelet and insert the butter underneath the omelet.
