Frankfurter Lollipops

Who says the lollipops must be sweet? If you want to make a simple food to look and to taste amazing, think different! Instead of simply boiling some frankfurters in hot water, coat them in a batter and fry them on skewers! Plus, when you dip them in a sauce you won’t get dirty fingers!
Ingredients Needed for Frankfurter Lollipops
3 frankfurters
1 cup flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
salt
1 egg
⅓ cup milk
vegetable oil for frying
How to Make Frankfurter Lollipops
- Put the frankfurters on skewers.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, the baking powder, some salt, the egg, and the milk. Whisk them to form a batter.
- Pour the batter in a tall glass, and coat each frankfurter with it.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
- Fry the frankfurters until they become golden.
- Let them cool and serve with a dip.
