Ok, so let's face it! Nothing beats a juicy burger right off the grill! But what if grilling isn't an option for you? There are other ways of cooking burgers also. This time we've wrapped the patties in foil and cooked them into the oven next to some potato, onion, and cheese, topped with a slice of savory cheese.

Ingredients Needed for Foil Wrapped Burgers

1 pound ground beef
1 egg
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
salt
pepper
4 small potatoes, thinly sliced
2 carrots, shredded
2 onions
4 slices of emmental cheese

How to Make Foil Wrapped Burgers

  1. Add the ground beef and egg in a bowl and mix. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Use your hands and shape the mixture into 4 burger patties.
  3. Start preparing the foil wraps.
  4. Add potato slices, shredded carrot, onion, 1 burger patty, and 1 slice of cheese in the middle of an aluminum foil. Wrap it in order to secure the ingredients.
  5. Use the remaining ingredients to make 3 more wraps.
  6. Add the foil wraps in a baking tray and cook them for 35 minutes at 390 degrees F/195 degrees C.

    When printing this recipe the letters are so large and needed too many pages to print, can you solve this problem? It would be so much better for everyone.
