How to Cook Flourless Brownie
- Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it. Set aside.
- Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Add the egg whites to a bowl and whisk them using a han mixer. Set aside.
- Add the egg yolks to the melted chocolate and incorporate them using a spatula. Add the whisked egg whites and mix more.
- Add the mixture to a ramekin and bake for 25 minutes at 340⁰F/170⁰C. Serve garnished with powdered sugar.
