Ingredients Needed for Flourless Brownie

3 ounces of dark chocolate (1 chocolate bar)
2 eggs
powdered sugar for garnishing

How to Cook Flourless Brownie

  1. Break the chocolate into pieces and melt it. Set aside.
  2. Separate the yolks from the egg whites. Add the egg whites to a bowl and whisk them using a han mixer. Set aside.
  3. Add the egg yolks to the melted chocolate and incorporate them using a spatula. Add the whisked egg whites and mix more.
  4. Add the mixture to a ramekin and bake for 25 minutes at 340⁰F/170⁰C. Serve garnished with powdered sugar.
