Ingredients Needed for Fish in Parchment Paper

1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound perch, fillet
1 red onion, sliced
10 ounces of cherry tomatoes
1 green chili, sliced
2 rosemary sprig
2 fresh thyme sprig
salt

How to Make Fish in Parchment Paper

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over low heat, cook the perch fillets on both sides until they turn yellow-brownish. Remove from heat.
  2. Line two smaller bowls with parchment paper, add onion, cherry tomatoes, green chili, and 1 perch fillet for each. Also, garnish with rosemary and thyme and drizzle some vegetable oil and some salt.
  3. Tie the two packages, place them on a baking tray, and roast for 20 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
