4 ounces of pangasius fillet, cubed
2 mushrooms, sliced
2 ounces of green beans
6 shrimp
½ lime
2 ounces of rice noodles
½ yellow bell pepper, cubed
½ red bell pepper, cubed
parsley, chopped

How to Cook Fish and Shrimp Soup

  1. Fill a saucepan halfway with water, place it on the stove, and bring it to a boil.
  2. Salt the water and add the pangasius, mushrooms, green beans, shrimp, pepper, and turmeric. Bring the soup to a boil.
  3. Add the lime juice, rice noodles and bell peppers. Simmer the soup for 3-5 more minutes before turning off the heat.
