Ingredients Needed for Fig, Prosciutto and Mozzarella Sandwiches

3 slices of bread (baguette)
3 tablespoons of butter
3 ounces of arugula
3 slices of prosciutto
3 ounces of mozzarella
2 bigger figs, sliced into 6 slices
balsamic glaze

How to Make Fig, Prosciutto and Mozzarella Sandwiches

  1. Spread the butter on each slice of bread and place them butter-covered side down in a skillet over low-medium heat.
  2. Cook them until golden brown, then turn them over and do the same for the other side.
  3. On each slice add 1-ounce arugula, 1-ounce prosciutto, and 1-ounce mozzarella. Top each with 2 slices of fig, drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.
