Ingredients Needed for Feta and Grape Crunchy Sandwiches

For the grapes:

5 ounces of red grapes
1 teaspoon olive oil

For the baguette slices:

6 baguettes slices
2 tablespoons of olive oil

For the feta mixture:

5 ounces of feta cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon orange zest
more orange zest for serving

How to Make Feta and Grape Crunchy Sandwiches

  1. For the grapes:
    Place the grapes on a parchment paper-lined baking tray, season with pepper and salt, drizzle with the olive oil, then bake for 25 minutes at 340⁰F/170⁰C.
  2. For the baguette slices:
    Place the baguette slices on a parchment paper-lined baking tray, drizzle with the olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then roast for 20 minutes at 340⁰F/170⁰C.
  3. For the feta mixture:
    Add the feta cheese to a bowl, season generously with pepper, add the olive oil, and orange zest, then mix everything using a fork.
  4. Spread feta mixture on a baguette slice, add 3 grapes and sprinkle some orange zest. Do this for each slice.
