Ingredients Needed for Extra-Cheesy Mayonnaise Giant Sandwich

1 bread loaf
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
3 ounces of low moisture mozzarella, sliced (6 slices)
3 ounces of cheddar, sliced (6 slices)
4 tablespoons of bbq sauce
1 cup low moisture mozzarella, grated

How to Make Extra-Cheesy Mayonnaise Giant Sandwich

  1. Cut off the bread’s upper and lower crust, then cut the bread horizontally and lengthwise in half.
  2. Scoop out some of the inner crumbs from both halves. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each of the two halves’ scooped-out part.
  3. Add the sliced mozzarella and Cheddar. Spread the BBQ sauce and top with grated mozzarella. Bake for 20 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
