Extra-Cheesy Mayonnaise Giant Sandwich

Ingredients Needed for Extra-Cheesy Mayonnaise Giant Sandwich
1 bread loaf
4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
3 ounces of low moisture mozzarella, sliced (6 slices)
3 ounces of cheddar, sliced (6 slices)
4 tablespoons of bbq sauce
1 cup low moisture mozzarella, grated
How to Make Extra-Cheesy Mayonnaise Giant Sandwich
- Cut off the bread’s upper and lower crust, then cut the bread horizontally and lengthwise in half.
- Scoop out some of the inner crumbs from both halves. Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on each of the two halves’ scooped-out part.
- Add the sliced mozzarella and Cheddar. Spread the BBQ sauce and top with grated mozzarella. Bake for 20 minutes at 360⁰F/180⁰C.
