Today we’ve made a beautiful Eton Mess dessert. It’s even easier to make than the Pavlova because you can prepare it with store-bought meringues! And the cooking process takes less than 15 minutes!

Ingredients Needed for Eton Mess

⅓ cup heavy whipping cream 1 meringue, large 2 tablespoons of pomegranate seed 2 tablespoons of blueberry 2 tablespoons of black currant 1 tablespoon milk

How to Cook Eton Mess

  1. Pour the heavy whipping cream in a bowl and mix it until it turns foamy and creamy.
  2. Crumble the meringue and combine it with the whipped cream.
  3. Add the pomegranate seeds, blueberries, red currant and black currant.
  4. Serve the dessert in a cocktail glass.
