1 endive
1 teaspoon chopped dill

How to Make Endive and Mayonnaise Salad
- Put the vegetable oil, the egg, the mustard, and the juice of 1/2 lime in a hand blender bowl.
- Turn the blender on. Whisk constantly until the mixture begins to thicken and turn bright yellow.
- Slice the endive.
- Put it in a bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, and sprinkle the chopped dill.
