Ingredients Needed for Endive and Mayonnaise Salad

2 cups of vegetable oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon mustard
½ lime
1 endive
1 teaspoon chopped dill
salt
pepper

How to Make Endive and Mayonnaise Salad

  1. Put the vegetable oil, the egg, the mustard, and the juice of 1/2 lime in a hand blender bowl.
  2. Turn the blender on. Whisk constantly until the mixture begins to thicken and turn bright yellow.
  3. Slice the endive.
  4. Put it in a bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, and sprinkle the chopped dill.
  5. Mix them together to make a salad.
