Egg-Topped Burger Breakfast

When you wake up late and you’re starving, especially after a clubbing night, all you want is to have a quick and nourishing brunch. It takes only 20 minutes to fry some burgers and some eggs! It’s classic but fantastic to taste the soft yolk melting in your mouth, in combination with the meat!

Ingredients Needed for Egg-Topped Burger Breakfast

3 burgers patties
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil
3 toast breads
3 eggs
1 teaspoon grated parmesan

How to Cook Egg-Topped Burger Breakfast

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil into a skillet and fry the burger patties for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  2. Use a round cutter to cut circular bread slices.
  3. Fry the circular bread slices in burger fat only on one side.
  4. In another skillet, heat the remaining vegetable oil and fry the eggs.
  5. On each bread slice, place the burgers and the eggs.
  6. Sprinkle the grated parmesan on them.
