2 breads
½ cup mozzarella
2 eggs
½ teaspoon dill

How to Make Egg Toast Bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F/180 degrees C.
  2. Press the middle of toast bread slices with a spoon.
  3. Top the edges of toast bread with shredded mozzarella.
  4. Crack the eggs and add them in the middle of mozzarella.
  5. Season it with dill, salt and pepper.
  6. Cook it for 7 minutes.
