Ingredients Needed for Egg Stuffed Meatloaf

1 ½ pounds of ground beef
parsley
1 spring onion, chopped
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt
pepper
1 garlic clove, chopped
3 eggs

How to Make Egg Stuffed Meatloaf

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F /170 degrees C.
  2. Take a large bowl and add ground beef, parsley, spring onion, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix them together until the mixture gets uniform.
  3. Use a small baking tray and cover its bottom and sides with meat, leaving room in the middle for the eggs. Top the eggs with the rest of the meat.
  4. Cook the meatloaf for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
