1 avocado
7 bacon strips
1 egg, medium size
1 tablespoon brown sugar

How to Make Egg-Stuffed Avocado Wrapped in Caramelized Bacon

  1. Cut the avocado in halves, peel it, and scoop out some pulp.
  2. Put some water in a saucepan and bring it to a boil, on high heat. Boil the egg for 3 minutes.
  3. Let the egg cool and peel it.
  4. Place on your workspace the bacon slices.
  5. Put the soft boiled egg inside the avocado.
  6. Wrap the avocado in bacon slices.
  7. Put the bacon-wrapped avocado on a small ceramic tray.
  8. Sprinkle the brown sugar on it.
  9. Use a kitchen torch to caramelize the brown sugar.
  10. Enjoy!
