12 hard-boiled eggs
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ red onion, diced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons of curry powder
How to Cook Egg Salad
- Peel and halve the eggs. Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Mash the yolks with a fork. Finely chop the egg whites.
- Combine the egg yolks with mayonnaise, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Fold in the chopped egg whites. You’ll make about 4 servings of egg salad.
