6 eggs, hard-boiled
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
¼ cup lemon juice
0.5 celery stalk, sliced
1 tablespoon chives, chopped
salt

3 small baguettes
½ lettuce head

How to Make Egg Salad Baguettes

  1. Slice the hardboiled eggs into halves. Next, slice each half into quarters. Add everything in a large bowl to make the egg salad.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, chives, and celery. Season with salt, pepper, and mix.
  3. Slice the baguettes lengthwise. Top the bottom half of the baguettes with lettuce. Add the egg salad on top. If you want, you can garnish with some chives and paprika powder.
  4. Close the sandwiches with the top side of the baguette.
