Ingredients Needed for Egg Mug Muffins

½ cup flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
salt
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 eggs
1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
1 spring onion, sliced

How to Make Egg Mug Muffins

  1. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, milk, olive oil, Cheddar cheese, and spring onion in a bowl. Crack and whisk 2 eggs, and add them to the same bowl, then combine everything with a fork.
  2. Add about 2 tablespoons of mixture on the bottom of 2 mugs. Add one egg to each cup, then cover the eggs with some more of the mixture.
  3. Microwave for 90 seconds on 900 W.
