Ingredients Needed for Egg Mug Muffins
½ cup flour
¼ teaspoon baking powder
salt
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 eggs
1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
1 spring onion, sliced
How to Make Egg Mug Muffins
- Add the flour, baking powder, salt, milk, olive oil, Cheddar cheese, and spring onion in a bowl. Crack and whisk 2 eggs, and add them to the same bowl, then combine everything with a fork.
- Add about 2 tablespoons of mixture on the bottom of 2 mugs. Add one egg to each cup, then cover the eggs with some more of the mixture.
- Microwave for 90 seconds on 900 W.
I think the egg will explode if the egg yolk is not pierced first!

Seems like too much flour to me! What reason do you justify using flour in this recipe!?
It’s a muffin, hence we used flour. You can cut the flour, but you’ll get some sort of frittata.
