Ingredients Needed for Egg Meatballs

7 eggs
7 ounces of ground beef
salt
pepper
vegetable oil for frying

How to Make Egg Meatballs

  1. Boil some water in a pan.
  2. Boil 6 eggs for 6 minutes.
  3. Let the eggs cool and peel them.
  4. In a bowl, put the ground beef and the remaining fresh egg.
  5. Season the beef with salt and pepper and combine all the ingredients.
  6. With your hands, form 6 meatballs by putting in their middle the soft-boiled eggs.
  7. Heat the vegetable oil in a saucepan and deep fry the meatballs.
  8. Serve them with some vegetables!
