Ingredients Needed for Egg and Vegetable Jars
8 eggs
½ cup shredded mozzarella
5 baby spinaches leaves
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
½ cup cheddar cheese
4 leeks slices
¼ cup spring onion, slices
2 ounces of bacon cubes
5 arugulas leaves
salt

How to Make Egg and Vegetable Jars
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/220 degrees C.
- In glass jar no. 1 add: one egg, mozzarella, baby spinach leaves, red bell pepper slices, season it with salt and pepper and add another egg.
- In glass jar no. 2 add: one egg, Cheddar cheese cubes, leek and yellow bell pepper slices, salt and pepper, Cheddar cheese cubes, and one egg.
- In glass jar no. 3 add: one egg, shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped spring onion, bacon cubes, shredded Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper, and one egg.
- In glass jar no. 4 add: one egg, fresh arugula, red bell pepper slices, grated mozzarella, shredded Cheddar cheese, mozzarella, salt and pepper, and one egg.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm.
