Egg and Vegetable Jars

Four different types of tasty food and lots of nutrients in this tiny jars! Choose the one you like most and share the rest with your family!

Ingredients Needed for Egg and Vegetable Jars

8 eggs
½ cup shredded mozzarella
5 baby spinaches leaves
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
½ cup cheddar cheese
4 leeks slices
¼ cup spring onion, slices
2 ounces of bacon cubes
5 arugulas leaves
salt
pepper

How to Cook Egg and Vegetable Jars

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F/220 degrees C.
  2. In glass jar no. 1 add: one egg, mozzarella, baby spinach leaves, red bell pepper slices, season it with salt and pepper and add another egg.
  3. In glass jar no. 2 add: one egg, Cheddar cheese cubes, leek and yellow bell pepper slices, salt and pepper, Cheddar cheese cubes, and one egg.
  4. In glass jar no. 3 add: one egg, shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped spring onion, bacon cubes, shredded Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper, and one egg.
  5. In glass jar no. 4 add: one egg, fresh arugula, red bell pepper slices, grated mozzarella, shredded Cheddar cheese, mozzarella, salt and pepper, and one egg.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
