Deviled Fried Eggs

You can make so many deviled eggs recipes, but this is a special one! Fry the eggs before filling them with the mixture!

Ingredients Needed for Deviled Fried Eggs

4 eggs
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
1 teaspoon sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons of yogurt
1 egg
2 tablespoons of milk
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup flour
vegetable oil for frying
½ teaspoon chili powder

How to Cook Deviled Fried Eggs

  1. Cut the eggs in halves.
  2. Put the hard-boiled yolks in a bowl.
  3. Add the mayonnaise, the mustard, the sweet chili sauce, and the yogurt.
  4. Season it with salt and pepper and combine all the ingredients.
  5. Make the egg wash by whisking 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of milk.
  6. Coat each half of hard-boiled egg white with flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs.
  7. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet.
  8. Deep fry the coated egg whites.
  9. Place the fried egg whites on a plate.
  10. Fill them with yolks mixture.
  11. Sprinkle some chili powder on them.
