Ingredients Needed for Cucumber and Onion Salad

1 cucumber
1 red onion
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon chili flakes
½ lime

How to Make Cucumber and Onion Salad

  1. Use a vegetable peeler to shred the cucumber into long and thin slices.
  2. Thinly slice the onion.
  3. In order to make the dressing, use a small bowl and add the honey, olive oil, rice vinegar, fish sauce, and chili flakes. Squeeze the lime and add the juice into the bowl. Stir well.
  4. Use a large salad bowl, add the vegetables and pour the dressing over them. Mix with a spatula.
