7 ounces of cream cheese, softened
5 tablespoons of parmesan, grated
3 tablespoons of fresh basil leaves, chopped
5 tablespoons of low moisture mozzarella, shredded
1 ½ tablespoons of sour cream
1 garlic clove, crushed
20 cherry tomatoes
How to Cook Cream Cheese-Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes
- Add the cream cheese, parmesan, basil, mozzarella, sour cream, and garlic to a bowl, Mix until smooth.
- Cut off the tops of the cherry tomatoes and scoop out the inside with a melon baller. Place the cherry tomatoes upside down on paper towels, to drain.
- Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a piping bag. Pipe the mixture into cherry tomatoes.
- Sprinkle pepper over them.
