These mini sandwiches are creamy and crunchy at the same time. Not to mention almost instantly ready. The bread is healthy, made with whole grain, and it goes so well with the creamy texture of smoked trout and cream cheese. Lemon and radishes only make it more lively.

Ingredients Needed for Cream Cheese and Smoked Trout Mini Sandwiches

4 ounces of cream cheese
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chives
salt
4 slices of whole grain baguette
2 ounces of smoked trout, flaked
1 radish, sliced
1 tablespoon broccoli sprouts

How to Cook Cream Cheese and Smoked Trout Mini Sandwiches

  1. Add the cream cheese, onion, lemon juice, and chives, season with salt, and mix them.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bread slices. On each one of them, add smoked trout, radish slices, and broccoli sprouts.
