2 ounces of salad mix
3 ounces of kale
1 ounce black olive
2 tablespoons of dried cranberry
2 ounces of peanut
salt
pepper
½ tablespoon olive oil
lemon zest for garnishing

Add the salad mix, kale, black olives, cranberries, and peanuts to a bowl.
