1 cup almond milk
½ cup coffee
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon coconut milk with chocolate
½ cup cocoa powder
1 tablespoon peanut butter
½ cup chia seeds
1 banana, sliced
3 teaspoons of cherry jam
1 tablespoon pistachios, chopped
1 tablespoon coconut flakes
How to Cook Coffee and Peanut Butter Chia Pudding
- Pour the almond milk into a large bowl.
- Also add the coffee, maple syrup, vanilla extract, coconut milk with chocolate, cocoa powder, and peanut butter.
- Whisk everything and add the chia seeds. Whisk and refrigerate everything for the next couple of hours.
- Take the chia pudding out of the fridge, and add it in a bowl. Top it with banana, cherry jam, pistachio, and coconut flakes.
