Cod Fillet in Soy Batter

We’ve coated this cod fillet in a flavorful soy sauce batter to spice things up a bit when cooking with fish. Frying the fish in batter is worth the try: on the inside the meat is tender and juicy and on the outside it gets a crunchy crust.
