Cocktail Sausages and Dried Prunes Wrapped in Bacon

Cocktail sausages and parties go hand in hand, right? But if you want to go to the next level, just wrap the sausages in bacon and give them a sweet touch by adding some dried prunes to the equation.

8 ounces of cocktail sausage
4 ounces of dried plum
2 tablespoons of honey
9 ounces of bacon
How to Make Cocktail Sausages and Dried Prunes Wrapped in Bacon
- Use a bowl to add together the cocktail sausages, dried prunes, and honey. Mix them using a spatula.
- Cut 18-20 slices of bacon and roll each one around one of the prunes or cocktail sausages. Also, stick in each one a toothpick.
- Put them all on a baking tray on parchment paper, preheat the oven to 380⁰F/190⁰C and bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve them together with lime wedges.
