Cocktail sausages and parties go hand in hand, right? But if you want to go to the next level, just wrap the sausages in bacon and give them a sweet touch by adding some dried prunes to the equation.

8 ounces of cocktail sausage
4 ounces of dried plum
2 tablespoons of honey
9 ounces of bacon

How to Cook Cocktail Sausages and Dried Prunes Wrapped in Bacon

  1. Use a bowl to add together the cocktail sausages, dried prunes, and honey. Mix them using a spatula.
  2. Cut 18-20 slices of bacon and roll each one around one of the prunes or cocktail sausages. Also, stick in each one a toothpick.
  3. Put them all on a baking tray on parchment paper, preheat the oven to 380⁰F/190⁰C and bake for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve them together with lime wedges.
