How to Make Clay Pot Chicken and Veggies

  1. Place the chicken, butternut squash, zucchini, and carrot in the clay pot.
  2. Pour the chicken stock over them.
  3. Cover the pot and bake for 45 minutes at 380 degrees F/190 degrees C.
  4. Serve warm!
