You’re in the grocery store, and you’ve seen these excellent looking clams, but you have no idea to cook them? No worries, it’s not rocket science! To steam the clams to perfection, all you need is a little bit of butter, a few garlic cloves, and some white wine.

    1 pound clams
    1 tablespoon butter
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    ½ cup white wine

How to Make Clams With White Wine Sauce

  1. Start by washing the clams with cold water.
  2. Be careful and throw away all opened shells.
  3. Heat a skillet, add butter and let it melt.
  4. Add the clams, garlic and white wine and cook them until all your shells have opened.
  5. We recommend serving them with pomegranate rice.
