2 tablespoons of sugar
2 teaspoons of cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F/150 degrees C.

Core the apples and slice them horizontally into thin slices.

I guess I’ve always had a passion for cooking ever since I was a kid when I was mom’s little helper in the kitchen.
