½ cup heavy cream
2 ounces of blue cheese
salt
pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 chuck steaks s, approximately 7 ounces each

How to Make Chuck Steak With Blue Cheese Sauce

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour the heavy cream. Add the blue cheese and use a spatula to break it into small chunks. Stir continuously and when the cheese starts melting reduce the heat. Continue cooking the sauce until all the cheese melts and you have a thick and creamy sauce.
  2. Take the beef out of the fridge and let it reach room temperature. Separately, heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the steaks and cook them for 3 minutes per side if you prefer it medium. If you prefer serving your beef well done, cook it for 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. When it’s ready, season the meat with salt and pepper and serve it with the creamy blue cheese sauce!
