These pepperoni mini pizzas are such a tasty snack! And they're so easy to make, even a kid can pull them off. Instead of torturing yourself with making a dough, use some good rolls and top them with tomato sauce, mozzarella, and spicy pepperoni. They're ready in about half an hour, so they're a quick bite also!

Ingredients Needed for Pepperoni Mini Pizzas

½ cup tomato sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
salt
pepper
fresh thyme
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
3 bread rolls
1 cup low moisture mozzarella, shredded
2 ounces of pepperoni, thinly sliced

How to Make Pepperoni Mini Pizzas

  1. Add the tomato sauce in a large bowl.
  2. Add the sugar, salt, pepper, thyme, and vegetable oil. Mix with a fork until smooth.
  3. Horizontally slice the bread rolls through the middle.
  4. Evenly spread tomato sauce over both sides of the bread rolls.
  5. Top them with shredded mozzarella and pepperoni.
  6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Lay the mini pizzas on the tray.
  7. Slide it into the oven at 380 degrees F/190 degrees C for the next 10 minutes.
