Ingredients Needed for Chorizo and Arugula Sandwich
1 bread roll
1 tablespoon herbed cream cheese
10 chorizos slices
1 arugula
1 radish, sliced
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 bacon slices, fried
2 ounces of gorgonzola
How to Make Chorizo and Arugula Sandwich
- Halve the sesame and poppy seed roll horizontally.
- Spread the herbed cream cheese on the bottom part of the bread roll.
- Add the arugula, radish slices, drizzle mayonnaise, crumble the bacon slices and half of the gorgonzola.
- Spread the remaining gorgonzola on the other half of the bread roll. Set up the sandwich.
