Ingredients

1 bread roll
1 tablespoon herbed cream cheese
10 chorizos slices
1 arugula
1 radish, sliced
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 bacon slices, fried
2 ounces of gorgonzola

Halve the sesame and poppy seed roll horizontally.

Spread the herbed cream cheese on the bottom part of the bread roll.

Add the arugula, radish slices, drizzle mayonnaise, crumble the bacon slices and half of the gorgonzola.

Spread the remaining gorgonzola on the other half of the bread roll. Set up the sandwich.

I guess I’ve always had a passion for cooking ever since I was a kid when I was mom’s little helper in the kitchen. Even though I wasn’t actually cooking, I was a picky eater, and I focused on bringing more flavor to her dishes, by adding extra herbs and spices I felt might enrich it.
