Ingredients Needed for Chorizo and Arugula Sandwich

1 bread roll
1 tablespoon herbed cream cheese
10 chorizos slices
1 arugula
1 radish, sliced
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 bacon slices, fried
2 ounces of gorgonzola

How to Make Chorizo and Arugula Sandwich

  1. Halve the sesame and poppy seed roll horizontally.
  2. Spread the herbed cream cheese on the bottom part of the bread roll.
  3. Add the arugula, radish slices, drizzle mayonnaise, crumble the bacon slices and half of the gorgonzola.
  4. Spread the remaining gorgonzola on the other half of the bread roll. Set up the sandwich.
