Ingredients Needed for Chocolate Waffle Pops With Sprinkles
For the waffles:
½ cup powdered sugar
¼ cup melted butter
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup milk
⅔ cup flour
For the chocolate frostings:
3 ounces of chocolate (1 chocolate bar broken into pieces)
3 ounces of white chocolate (1 chocolate bar broken into pieces)
3 ounces of strawberry flavored chocolate (1 chocolate bar broken into pieces)
How to Cook Chocolate Waffle Pops With Sprinkles
- For the waffles:
Add the eggs and powdered sugar to a bowl, season with salt, and start mixing using a hand mixer.
- While mixing, keep adding the melted butter, lemon zest, vanilla extract, and milk. Add the flour and mix more until smooth.
- Make waffles using the waffle maker. We’ve got 4 of them.
- Melt the chocolates:
Fill a pot halfway with water and bring it to a boil. Add the chocolate to a heat-proof bowl and place it on the pot. Cook and mix until the chocolate melts.
- Do the same for the white chocolate and then for the strawberry flavored chocolate.
- Assemble the waffle pops:
Cut the waffles into quarter wedges, then stick a popsicle stick into each wedge. Coat each waffle pop with one chocolate type and top with sprinkles.
